VMC Checkweigher is an automatic machine for checking the weight of packaged commodities. It can be integrated seamlessly to the production line for efficient weighting and reduce the labour cost to provide accurate weighing from 600g to 60,00g while achieving optimum accuracy from ±40g up to ±0.3g. The checkweighers are equipped with communication ports so that weighing data can be collected and archive. This data can be used to enable processes to be fine-tuned and monitoring of production performance.

VMC Metal detectors are devices for the detection of metal contaminants using the Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Technology. They are commonly used to detect the presence of metal objects or metal-bearing ores in environments in which they might not be visually detectable or in which they might not be detectable by other means.

The checkweigher and metal detectors can be constructed in stainless steel structure or power coated structure where it offers protection class of IP 43, 54 or 66 compliance.
