Besides offering engineering and civil construction, Malayan Daching also provides process automation and system controls ranging from preparing hardware and software specifications to program development based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems or integrated visualization systems.

The automation and system control includes computerized Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems (SCADA). This system allows the collection of data from various sensors at a factory or plant which then sends the data to the main computer system for process control and management. The SCADA system provides other functions such as process parameter management, recording and reporting of batch data and process status. The system is perform by Remote Terminal Units (RTU) which able to detect any changes or errors automatically during the task operation.

The system is streamlined to be error-proof and it allows work to be done effectively and efficiently with less human effort.
