New product launch - WM-4000 Series (Weighing/ Wrapping/Labeling Machine)

WM-4000 is targeted to meat/fish processing and other related industry for backroom operation. It is a result of thorough analysis of different working environments, operation processes, operator ergonomics and flow lines. WM-4000 is an efficient machine which allows users to weigh, wrap and labeling their products at the same time, without using 3 different machines to complete the task. The multi-purpose machine is equipped with following features:

·           10.4-inch colour LCD touch panel.

·           Automatic film changing (two film roll type) & pre-stretching which automatically selected for different product sizes.

·           Safety cover for discharge unit to prevent any accidental hand or finger insertion.

·           Detachable and washable in-feed table and lifts with stainless steel construction.

·           Free arm labeling (automatic labeling type) whereby the label can be pasted at the top, bottom, left, right, vertically or horizontally.

·           Automatic tray identification & centering with CCD camera.
