Our SINGLAS scope of accreditation in the field of testing: calibration and measurement has expanded. Now we are able to calibrate balances and weighing scales up to 5,000kg and standard weights up to 5,000kg. In addition, we are also able to calibrate crane and hanging scale up to 40,000kg.

Our laboratory is accredited in accordance with the recognised International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005. This means that our laboratory meets both the technical competence requirement and management system requirements that are necessary for it to consistently deliver technically valid test results and calibrations. The management system requirements in ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (section 4) are written in language relevant to laboratory operations and meet the principles of ISO 19001: 2008 Quality Management Systems – Requirements and are aligned with its pertinent requirements.

In short, we are also an ISO 19001:2008 certified company.
