 Founded in 1955, Malayan Daching Company started as a manufacturer of Daching and mechanical weighing scale supplier and repair service provider. In 1988, Malayan Daching became the first scale company in Singapore accredited with ISO/IEC Guide 25 under SAC-SINGLAS (Singapore Accreditation Council - Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) in the field of Calibration and Measurement. Malayan Daching ISO/IEC Guide 25 accreditation has since revised into ISO/IEC 17025:2005. It is also designated as an Authorised Verifier for Non-Automatic Weighing Instruments and Oil Dispensing Pumps by SPRING Singapore under the Weights & Measures Programme.
With the advent of technology, Malayan Daching broadens its product line and services to provide electronic scales and balances, process automation like batch and blend systems, supply of weighing and filling machines and other production backend equipments like dynamic check weigh machines and metal detectors equipments. The company also deals with force measurement instruments and testing machines, powder processing systems, in-line particle size measuring instruments, conveyor components and a wide range of packaging systems including high speed form-fill-seal and volumetric measurement machines.
 Engineering and Civil construction is another department of Malayan Daching’s business whose expertise and experience the company prides itself on. As a B2-BCA (Building & Construction Authority) registered contractor, the company is able to serve the procurement needs of government departments, statutory bodies and other public sector organisations.
The achievement of ISO 9001 :2000 (SAC), ISO 9001 : 2000 (UKAS) and OHSAS 18001 :2007 certification in 2007 reaffirmed our commitment towards excellence in Quality, Health & Safety.
In addition, Malayan Daching offers a vast range of engineering services, through its team of highly experienced project professionals, ranging from the supply and integration of plant equipments to project management of turnkey solutions from plant concept design to fully operational plant.
The company has since build a large clientele base ranging from Petroleum and Chemical industries, Food and Beverage industries, pharmaceutical industries, retail and supermarket chains and other relevant industries.
